Self Titled
We need to identify and express our self with a 15 second long animated photo. And the size required to a IG Reels size it was 1080*1920.

Idea Development-Biography
So first we need to write a biography for ourself. This is my biography:
My name is Yap Guang You, I prefer people call me yui, my family are calling me like that. I am 19 and studying design in Taylors University. I born in Hong Kong but move to Malaysia since I was 9 because my father pass away and my mum married again with a Malaysian. I was living alone at Damansara with my pet cat Mashiro, my parent are living at Setia Alam, we will meet once or twice a month.

My passion is to have a peace life, I don't sure even it can be a passion, but is was a nice goal for me. But I still have a biggest dream is to be a famous anime creator.

I get motivation from everywhere in my life, sometimes was from my friend and sometimes is just from people that are doing their work better than me. Also when I was down, I will watch some anime movie to remind me don't forget what was my goal.

I decided to keep this as a secret, so I won't express it on my art works. But who knows the future, maybe I will express it in the future but at least not now.

 
Idea Development-Work Statement
My work is bases on some movie I watch in my childhood, it's was likes talking about cowboy culture. My concept is to express out don't be a normal person in your golden age in your life, go trying to be a special person and enjoy our life. I want people to know that don't be afraid for being special from my work. And the quote is Life can be fun or boring, it just a decision.

Sketch
I sketch out my idea. I decided to just focus on my face and not the whole body to fit with the work size.

Digital Poster
I use photoshop to finish the poster composition. I make some color adjustment on the original photo to let it match with the background and I use brush and filter to make the noise effect in front of  I eyes.

First I animated my poster into a short GIF in Photoshop, I use a lot of selection tool and color blending tools, also filter helps me a lot in this section.

Next I continue my work on After Effect, I create a 15s video. I just adjust the opacity, and duplicate some video.

Title: A man with bounty
Statement: In the old age western culture, some people will be on the bounty poster because they protect their own right and freedom, and also some of them will be on it because of their special and kindness. The poster is going to told people don't follow the rules or culture there are wrong, even it will make you be canceled by the society(you will on the bounty poster), protect our own right are more important than that. The glitch effect in front the eyes is talking about we can't see our future so just go through on it, if you meet some glitch in your life, just fix it, if you doesn't step out, you will be always stuck with these glitch.
